Shipping & Payment Terms
Payment Terms:
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the order. The remaining 50% is due upon successful installation and client approval.
All orders must be paid in full via bank transfer. Payment details are on the Purchase Order.
Lead Time & Shipping:
Orders typically ship within 8–10 weeks. Shipping timelines may vary for international orders depending on destination and customs clearance. International customers are responsible for any import duties or taxes.
You will receive tracking details once your order has shipped. Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damage or missing items within 48 hours.
Returns & Defects:
Due to the custom nature of our sound booths, all sales are final. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
